    There isn't anything good

    Cons

    Black mold, bedbug infested in every room, management sucks and never has your back, nobody works from ft to maintenance, the rooms are disgusting and no one cares. The showers have not been dubbed in years there is caked on dirt. I can go on but I'll stop here.

    *Free breakfast in the morning
    *Cheap hotel room deals
    *Can get 40 hours

    Cons

    *The person in charge has the I don't care atttitude about the location or employees
    *Way too many double standards it's ok for one employee to do something but not the other
    *The pay rate in minimum wage
    *Employees who work less make more then hardworking employees
    *Workplace drama is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life

    Advice to Management

    *Pay your hardworking employees a livable wage we are not your slaves
    *If it was not for the hard workers you would not have a job
    *Treat employees like people and stop belittleing them and treating us like dirt

    due to the upkeep of the hotel, i received alot of complaints that were beyond my control

    Owners allow me to work 1-9 around my current family duties.

    Cons

    No raises possible no room to grow. Handles Assistant General Manager duties with no extra compensation.

    Try a different approach
