I appreciate that the organization is investing in more affordable options for seniors, is fostering an environment of inclusion, and is woman led. I love the mission and the work.

Ecumen was not immune to the challenges COVID imposed on the entire senior living industry, but I do believe things are looking up!

Well structured, good people

Ecumen has a very nice hierarchy in place. My manager is fantastic as is each manager above. There are many corporate leaders who make an effort to know me beyond just my name. I love working with people who choose this industry for the right reasons

Budget restrictions are my only con though they are unavoidable challenges due to covid recovery

Terrible place to work. Ecumen is the managing company and only seeks to take over ownership. The regional directors have no attachment or understanding or the rural community this facility is located in nor can they effectively advocate for this facility.

Beat place to work

I had so much fun working here. I loved the staff and residents, everybody was so kind. Ecumen paid very fairly. I worked here in 2017.

Horrible management at the corporate level. No accountability at site level for leadership. Will have leader who is involved in conflict with staff do the investigation which is unethical and one sided. They appear to be lazy and do not want to deal with ongoing site level concerns that they should address.
