    I worked at Ed Voyles Acura full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Pretty decent pay for a Valet and you get to learn about cars.

    Cons

    Fast paced and on your feet all day long. I didn't mind but just something to be mindful of to others.

    Advice to Management

    Try to act more professional in the service department with employees.

    I have been working at Ed Voyles Acura full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great coworkers - relaxed environment - decent benefits - great customers

    Cons

    - no respect from management to its employees - constantly lied to by management - poor pay for the work you're required to do - work nearly 60 hours a week - made to do work that is not in your job description - when approaching management with comments or suggestions you are told "I don't pay you to think"

    Advice to Management

    I would advise management to show that they care about their employees and treat them with respect and take their advice. Employee suggestions are the best way for a company to grow.
