I have been working at EdR Collegiate Housing part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

EdR Collegiate Housing has some amazing employees that know what they're doing and make even the Community Assistants feel comfortable. Everyone I've met from our corporate office has been very personable and knowledgeable. I've been given so many opportunities for outreach experience.

    Cons

It took a while for me to get paid what I was originally offered. Also, if there are employees that are less that spectacular, it's very difficult for the company to let them go or get them the training they need to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Your staff follows your lead! Keep interested in their lives and keep a positive attitude in the office.
