Pros
The company has great culture and a flat structure hence it makes everyone feel very welcomed. Edelman has some of the best clients in the industry and is known to give every PR aspirant the push they need in the career

Pros
The people are smart, creative and strategic -- they enjoy the work and are committed to delivering great counsel. It's a supportive collegial work environment. There is definitely a sense of shared mission and everyone is ready to pitch in to help deliver impressive work. It's a supportive culture and a fun office with a real sense of community. Leadership is committed to social purpose.
