I have been working at Edge Creative Group full-time
“I’ve worked for Edge for over two years now, and have experienced a group that cares about the product they produce. They are thoughtful and challenge the status quo. The push to make things as perfect as they can be comes from the top. Is it challenging? Yes. You often are called upon to do things you've never done before and learn on the fly. It is not for the faint of heart, but you learn a lot.
The push for perfection often seems like a “con” vs. a “pro” while it’s happening—some extra hours here and there and some extra tight deadlines—but the results are generally rewarding.
Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero.
I would give it zero stars if possible. The owner is a complete PSYCHOPATH. Was verbally harassed by not only the owner but the other employees on a daily basis. Can't believe this place is even considered a legitimate business. I wouldn't wish this workplace on my worst enemy. It was above and beyond the worst experience of my life.

Small company so you can be involved in some diverse work.
I agree with the previous review - meetings after hours, owner shows up hours late, company meetings where owner berates staff, long days and mediocre pay.
When I worked here there was a sign in and sign out system which speaks to the strange nature of the company.
For such a small company too much politics.
