    I have been working at Edgewell Personal Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The organization is changing and growing (just purchased Jack Black). The corporate culture is getting better and people care about the success of the organization. There are set back from time to time, yet that is business. Solid pay scales, good benefits, great work life balance and product at high discount.

    Cons

    There are not very many cons. Having two separate corporate offices might be a little strange (MO and CT).

    Advice to Management

    Continue to communicate to the employees and ensure that change management is done in a far and honest way.

    Pros

    The salary is competitive for the area.

    Cons

    Benefits are nothing to brag about. Layoffs and org shifts are happening on a regular basis. The culture is clique-ish, it reminds me of high school and extends up through management, unfortunately. Brands are expanding yet only a few of them are actually pulling a profit.

    Advice to Management

    Ditch the CEO and listen to the CFO. Replace mid-level managers who've been here too long with bloated paychecks and low skill sets. They are the ones with poor people management and no soft skills.

    New Management ....worth giving them a chance to work out some of the kinks.

    Advice to Management

    US customer base is very different from European customer base...please factor that into your structural decisions. Sales has a lot of good, hard-working and experienced individuals not being properly or fully utilized or led towards success. Know your people.
