      Positive Outlook

I worked at Edgewood Center for Children and Families full-time

      Pros

Excellent leadership collaboration and passion about serving children and families.

      Cons

Lots of schmoozing with County entities / politics - sometimes to the sacrifice of employee welfare. Too much focus on making finders happy vs advocating for the best recommended practices and services.

      Advice to Management

I actually really appreciated the management, and I was a part of it. The non-profit world is underfunded and overworked.
