    Positive Outlook

I worked at Edgewood Valley Country Club part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They offered very flexible hours and were very willing to work around your schedule. The pay was also great for a part-time position.

    Cons

Members of the club treated you like garbage. Upper management was great for the most part, but had no clue about the theft going on.

    Advice to Management

Keep closer tabs on employees and actually do bag checks more often. Also, there was very little help in the front office and upper management spent most of their time running around like crazy, which caused things to be unorganized at times. Get more help!

    Pros

Work with an excellent group of kids and adults. Members are very nice and treat you well as you are realistically working for them.

    Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about the country club

    Pros

I caddied there for 10 years. You had your share of good bags and bad bags, but for the most part everyone was friendly. And by the time you made it to Honor caddy, you were pretty well set.

    Cons

There are some big hills on holes 17 and 18 which can be a bit tiring. There will be some days where you won't get out, but this is part of the biz.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the morale of the young caddies.

    Pros

It's a good place to work tax free for some extra cash in the summer time and early fall season.

    Cons

It can be long days if golf is slow which can lead to long work weeks most of the time.

    Advice to Management

There is no feed back that I need to give to Edgewood Valley Country Club. I already have said it.
