I worked at Edison Chouest Offshore full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great family company. Gary chouest is a good man with good ethics.

    Cons

Slow time suppose to keep senior people working first. Coordinators keep buddies working first n don't use seniority list. Back to old days of who u know who u blow.

    Advice to Management

Follow the solid work and employee ethics Gary Chouest has built this company on. Loyalty to the company used to mean something. Coordinators n managers need to get back to what company was built on not their buddies.
