    Pros

Iâ??ve been an employee for many years and am very grateful for the opportunity to work at Edith Roman Associates. Professional growth, career advancement, compensation, benefits and its products and services are tops in the industry. Its management shows great leadership, the staff is first rate and the people really care about their clients. Itâ??s a place that Iâ??m proud to work at. Iâ??ve always felt like part of the family and that Edith Roman offers a good balance between work and personal life.

    Cons

Edith Roman is located in Pearl River, New York which is in Rockland County. Although it offers limited transportation, Rockland is a great place to raise a family.

    Advice to Management

I would advise management to stay focused on bringing new products to market, especially in the areas of interactive, lead generation and database marketing so that it can continue to serve the evolving needs of its clients.

  4. "Decent place to work out of college for a few years while you figure out what you want to do..."

    Pros

The Prod. Exec. position is a relatively easy job, decent money and an okay starting place out of college if you have no idea what you want to do.

    Cons

There is almost no growth potential, the money is not great and the yearly raises are pretty bad considering the size of the parent company. The job is same day in/day out and can be very boring. Not far from simply data entry.

    Advice to Management

I think senior management needs to be more team oriented and caring of the staff. Being a list management company, they are too focused on simply getting sales.
