    Pros

Strong management, financial stability, regular payments and most of work's equipment needs are met. Good facilities, parking with security, kitchen and eating area for employees. Beverages and snack machines on premises. Strong security.

    Cons

Family owned business more oriented to owner's family. Management has a rat race environment within ranks and looks down on lower level employees. A lot of distrust between unionized employees and middle management. A lot of inside gossip and behind backs meanness between supervisors. Management says they care about people and talks bad about them on

    Advice to Management

Company needs new management style. Its old fashioned paternalistic, that cares more about people getting on time than the creative side. Needs to humanize and foster new ideas from employees and give them more participation instead of just centralized orders to follow. Get out of the age if slavery frame of mind and get into a new century.
