    Negative Outlook

I worked at Edmonds School District full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The kids were amazing. They taught me a lot about patience and love. Working there gave me a good workout!

    Cons

I worked with lower functioning special needs students, in a classroom that did not have enough staff. It was dangerous at times and we often went home exhausted & injured. District mangers did not care about us or our concerns. The pay was terrible, making most of us work multiple jobs to pay the bills.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, if you want them to stick around. The students need consistency to excel and so does your staff.
