I have been working at Education Development Center, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is really nice, really smart, and so dedicated to the work we do. It's very flexible, so great for working parents (almost everyone gets a laptop and can work from home occasionally if needed).

In the Waltham office, there is fancy coffee machine and there is at least one day a week that there's free food! People bring in their extra garden harvests, and there's a table to share old books, things like that.

Pretty generous vacation/sick time that increases the longer you stay.

    Cons

It can get a little cold in the offices, so I always bring a sweater.

I have been working at Education Development Center, Inc. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

EDC is full of smart, enthusiastic colleagues. The organization has excellent benefits, a flexible environment, and it's all about socially responsible work. People at EDC are committed to making the world a better place through their projects.

I have no downsides to share when it comes to working at EDC. I suppose one challenge for some people would be that there is no convenient public transportation.
