    Pros

The autonomy to build my practice focusing on my strengths and having the support of a large company to help in areas that are not the best use of my time to serving clients' needs is unparalleled. The opportunity to earn ownership in the partnership is open to everyone at the firm not just the financial advisors.

    Cons

Takes time to build your individual practice.

    Advice to Management

Please continue focusing on supporting the branch team and not just the FA. Thanks for making the tough choices with new regulation to keep the partnership healthy for future generations.

I have been working at Edward Jones full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

After searching for meaningful work with good pay & great benefits, I was hired at Edward Jones. I am very happy with the company. As a Trainee for 1 year, I have excellent training as well as the opportunity to work autonomously AND as a team in a branch. If you have excellent office skill sets in organization and planning, phone etiquette, customer service and continually strive to improve and develop yourself, I highly recommend working at Edward Jones as a Business Office Administrator.

    Cons

If you are unable to cope with a steep learning curve or maintain a positive attitude, this may not be a good match for you.
