    Pros

Great firm, great support within the region, autonomy and rewarding career.

    Cons

Hard to get the career rolling. It depends on the market you're in very much. It's hard to build a career in Metro-areas. Small towns are better-suited for Jones' Advisors.

    Pros

Good work life balance, supportive environment, extensive training. Most leaders are fair and supportive. Employee owned company creates an atmosphere of entrepreneurial spirit.
