    The company had great growth in the past but the market is maturing and growth is slowing. Leaders are desperate and thing are getting cutthroat.

    Decent benefits
    Campus
    Cafe
    Good place to get your feet wet and move on.
    Location is close to the freeway

    Cons

    Old school mentality
    Too much internal politics
    The management can't seem to handle or manage the sudden growth
    Good talent is unrecognized
    Old timers are just working towards retirement and don't seem to care much about new hires
    Be careful about which division you join. Stay AWAY from the HVT division.

    Just a matter if tine before this bubble bursts.

    great business grow potential;
    very talented people;
    great campus with onsite subsidized cafeteria and gym(very small but you can use it);

    Cons

    people are arrogant and obsessed with clinical/engineer background, could show more respect to business experts;
    could improve cultural diversity --- running a global business requires more open international perspective and less bias with the markets outside the U.S.

    Fast paced environment. High adaptability is a plus as you are expected to handle a huge group of people as a supervisor !
