Summer hours on Fridays, hooray!
Nothing that I can think of
I worked at Edwards & Zuck (More than a year)
They give you a lot of room to operate. Was able to maintain close ties to clients, and had input on scheduling and manpower. All in all I left with many more skills than I came there with.
Often time too much work to handle, and would get in trouble once in a while if a client had an issue, and called a partner.
Advice to Management
Do a better job scheduling manpower, and be more proactive than reactive.
Very good compensations package and high end work and clients
Very poorly managed with knowledge and skills lacking at management level. Will be expected to work a lot of unpaid overtime without adequate compensation in the year end bonus.
