  • You can make good money at first but it is such a grind and there is no end goal or any type of upward track (in 6 reviews)

    Pros

    Good income potential. Best year was almost 90k. Worst year was the first, made 60k. Many friends at work made 6-figures. 401k with match. Fun coworkers and great managers. Good people all around to work with.

    Cons

    Very repetitive duties. It's sales, so your paycheck will change from month-to-month. Commission structure changed many times throughout the years. Can burn out, so be smart in taking strategic days off. But keep a positive attitude + work your butt off while you're there = make some decent money!

    Advice to Management

    None. They're doing the best they can to help the agents! I don't miss the crazy days whenever we had them, but I miss those paychecks and my fellow co-workers.

    Pros

    Pay was amazing. made 90k my very first year. had huge bonus incentives on top of the commission that really helped you get more commissions.

    Cons

    Changed commission structure to screw you over. In my first year it changed 4 times and every time you had to do more work to make less money. only cared about bottom line and not its employees. management got raises while everyone else commissions got cut in half.

    Advice to Management

    learn how to treat people like people and not just replaceable.

    Pros

    -Flexible schedules
    -Ability to make $80-$100k in a year
    -The people I work with
    -Ability to get promotions quickly
    -They will pay for all your licensing across the United States and appoint with various carriers
    -Cash contests
    -Friday Bagels

    Cons

    -This job is a grind, it will pay well but will mentally exhaust you
    -Low base
    -Standard office politics
    -Metric system in the comp plan is skewed against you in certain areas
    -Chargebacks

    Advice to Management

    This job will pay you out, but the real question is can you handle it? This job will mentally exhaust you day after day and you are expected to be producing day in and day out. If you can consistently produce and maintain your sanity this could be a great opportunity.

    Management:
    We put in 100% everyday. Take care of us. Take us on a trip somewhere. Throw more work parties. Help create something to help us when chargebacks hit us. The sales team is the engine that keeps this company run it. Make sure you take care of the good talent before they leave.

    Pros

    - Rewards high production with high commissions
    - Uncapped commission
    - You don't have to cold call anyone so you usually have a solid 5-10 conversations a day as an Agent
    - High energy environment and very interactive work space
    - Transparent management team what you see is what you get

    Cons

    - Low base but the uncapped commission pretty much makes up for it
    - Big on metrics like really big but it's is a sales role so it's expected
    - No clear path for advancement in career but earning potential is limitless

    Advice to Management

    Nothing specific I think management is doing very well from an organizational stand point.

    Pros

    Shawn is the best manager I've ever worked under in my 40 years of working. Fun activities, great hours! Bagels every Friday for breakfast, always having potlucks, fun projects, and Amanda in HR is the BOMB!! Matt is an amazing GM as well.

    Cons

    The commute for me personally, was rough both distance wise and financially...

    Pros

    A pretty good amount of quality leads coming in which is ideal.

    Cons

    Not many products to sell, management is terrible/idiots... None of them have sold so they have no clue how to manage anyone.

    Advice to Management

    Get on the floor and sell for at least a few weeks so you know what the agents are dealing with.

    Pros

    Inside sales, somewhat stable schedule.

    Cons

    company is stagnant with little or no growth and no room for advancement beyond Account Executive. Fake leadership claiming transparancy when there is none so much so that they have to post on this site with phony positive reviews so that it appears that its a more positive enviroment than it actually is.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe focus on actually improving the morale and culture of your company instead of posting fake reviews on job board websites.

    Being overworked and underpaid for your hard work, bad hours, and lack of any type of management

    get it together and make it more of a enjoyable workplace

    I worked at Efinancial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They do a good job of creating a fun company culture - work parties, events, etc. Some of the managers were great, though not sure who's working there now. Not a lot of opportunities for advancement in my experience.

    Cons

    this is a call center. Low pay. They make you pay $50 a month for parking. This in Factoria - not downtown Bellevue. Also found out this is the only company in the building that charges employees for parking.
