I worked at Egabi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    good coworkers to work with

    Cons

1-there is no process or objectives or rules set for an employee to be promoted as promotion is
      performed by passion.
2-salaries is quite poor compared to market and if you ask for raise they may refuse (referring to the rules in this case)
3-poor planing to projects and sometimes poor analysis that doesn't meet customer requirments so much
which results in lot of reworks and delay in delivery.
4- no career path and no resource rotation plan, if the manager knows that you have great knowledge in something be sure that you
will stick to it for a very long period time without taking chance to get worked in other knowledge
5- managers involved in technical details of projects that they can approve customer changes without knowing
the bad impacts in projecct of these changes and give time estimation to deliver without discussing that with resources
6- project managers need to be more skillful and effective and aware with project scope
7-company always seek at getting large projects without even finalizing old ones
which is the main reason of financial issues that company suffers from .
8- the company gave employees old or (home use) labtops that not suits large business projects
9- bad communication between employees and HR regarding salary delay or something else .
10- you don't get any transportaion fees in case of customer visits
11- the company adopt old technologies

    Advice to Management

1- managers should keep away from technical details
2- project managers should know their roles
3-salaries must be competitive and good annual raise must be peroformed on regular bas
