I worked at Eger Health Care full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free lunches, management support break time, wonderful experience with upper management, competitive pay, good hours and schedule, able to pick up extra time

    Cons

Being in management was difficult to discipline staff, no respect towards nurses and residents, lazy CNAs (I caught them sleeping in patient's rooms and eating their food)... disgusting

Local nursing home you actually feel like you're going to be helping seniors in need of care

    Cons

Administration only cares about their salaries and patting each other on the back not about the residents not about the employees that do all the hard work

    Advice to Management

Extreme employee dissatisfaction do something about it also residents feel the place is not clean and not a good environment to get better
