    Pros

Location. Smart and friendly people. Great salary

    Cons

Held back by employees feeling a need to gain approval from CEO. Someone in a leadership role bullied employees (to the point of multiple leaving at once).

    Advice to Management

Innovate. Be fearless. Challenge your clients. Do what you market yourselves to do. Be more aware of internal employee conflict/ bullying.

I have been working at Egg Strategy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's all in the work. If you like the particular niche of research/strategy/innovation Egg operates has carved out, there's no better place to do it. Management works hard to keep fresh and new projects in front of everyone and holds your preferred job types in high regards. You can't always do fun stuff only, but they do a great job of keeping everyone on projects within their interest area.

    Cons

Boulder is great for some, but not for everyone. Denver is close enough to commute, but the Boulder office isn't a place for a die-hard urbanite.

I worked at Egg Strategy as an intern

    Pros

As an intern there was sufficient guidance and mentorship with plenty of autonomy to make an impact as well. The people there really want you to feel a part of the team.

    Cons

There wasn't much heads up as to what could be expected near the end of the internship -- full-time position or not.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much to say. It was a well run operation.

"Research shop with minimal strategy and no innovation capabilities."

I worked at Egg Strategy (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice people. That's about it. A few perks like a company picnic and office is in a good location. Good for young junior planners that need time to learn what they are good at.

    Cons

Anyone with 8+ years of brand strategy experience in creative agencies will hate the day-to-day work trapped behind the glass of focus group facilities and a portal for their smartphone ethnography. Some of the people are smart but are the opposite of innovative and progressive - this is a research shop guised as a strategy firm and most of the work is making ppt hardly useful beyond a research client. Blech- look elsewhere.
