I worked at Egon Zehnder as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Incredible access to consultants and research analysts. You are treated like an entry-level worker and given a lot of independence to deliver results. You get to participate in actual client meetings with C-suite. Intern retreat and general program is great.

    Cons

Searching on LinkedIn can be monotonous

    Cons

Kein Kontra, nur eine Info: man kann, soweit ich weiß, nicht vom Research ins Consulting wechseln, da Praxiserfahrung in der Industrie notwendig ist.

Not a great growth trajectory for researchers. They are working on it, but there is a pretty big wall you hit after 3-4 yrs.
