      Pros

      You will learn how to say anything to get people to give you money and you will not have to do the work to make good on any of those promises. But be ready to lie and defend yourself when said promises fall short. If you are a smooth talker, this place is for you.

      Cons

      Not interested in a healthy work environment and they will turn on you/throw you under the bus when (not if) things go awry with their clients. They will sell you hard in the interview, be careful. Whenever they get bad reviews (which they earn) they just make a new GMB and change addresses. Again, if you choose to work here, watch your back.

      Most of my coworkers were cool

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees. They laid nearly every in-house employee off in 2022 to outsource to cheaper remote workers. They did not give us any notice of this mass firing and forbade us from returning to the office to get our personal belongings, even though we had done nothing wrong. They bought positive reviews and told us to write positive reviews for themselves to counteract the many unhappy client reviews. Management makes empty promises to unassuming clients. They are smooth-talking scam artists and I highly recommend seeking out a better Marketing Agency, both for employees and clients.

We have new management in place that is striving and we are sorry you did not have a good experience with our old management. It appears you were one of the employees that was let go. We are sorry this affected you but we had to make sure we were doing the best for our clients and getting the best employees possible for their campaigns.       Pros

      Honestly the only pro was the coworkers I had became friends for life after the shared (bad) experience of working for this company. Very disappointed in this company and the management here, and their treatment of the ~20 employees they fired last year with no notice. Watch yourself if you choose to work here, and prepare to be treated poorly if your last name isn’t on the wall.

      Cons

      The pay was low for the position, the company required in-office work during the pandemic, company will encourage you to lie to clients whenever something may make them look bad, horrific displays of owners’ relationship problems in the office, palpable favoritism, profit-at-all-cost mentality and the owners will show off with the profit you bring them, though they had monthly get togethers and food sometimes, so maybe that somehow equals out in their mind?
