I have been working at Eisai full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The checks clear, HHC values (even if some employees are treated like chattel), free coffee, great cafeteria, summer Fridays. Some of the newer hired Directors have a clue but its hard to stay 20 years behind employee engagement. Many talented individual contributors.

    Cons

Retention of toxic and incompetent "people" managers, 7 am meetings regularly, LOTUS NOTES in 2018, unrealistic expectations given broken (no) infrastructure. It's can be like Lord of the Flies and HR covers all types of aggressive and obsolete workplace behavior.by "Directors" because no other type can stay here.

    Advice to Management

Keep ignoring that attrition and turnover rate among FTEs and contractors to ensure nothing changes.
