    I worked at Eisai full-time

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with during my time at Eisai. The flexibility was nice. There is good opportunity to advance your career while here.

    Cons

Training on anything other than products and legal requirements is non-existent, turnover is extremely high, HR policies are lacking. IC is developed by ZS and does not recognize and reward the best performers.

    Advice to Management

CEO should be aware that high turnover is due to middle management. Future leaders should be chosen by the ability to inspire their team. Management claims they are trying to create a positive culture, but they are doing the opposite.

I worked at Eisai full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They have a very generous paid time off program and are beginning to offer competitive salaries to new hires. There are still a few really nice and really talented people left, but most of them are gone, unfortunately.

    Cons

Read through all the reviews and pay attention to the dates. The older comments talk about a great company with genuine people committed to a real mission to help people. The newer comments talk about how all these nice people have been let go and replaced with bobble heads all trying to please the head honcho who is mean spirited, and feels contempt for anyone who is not as "driven" as him or as "smart"as him. Basically , he feels contempt for all of his employees. And he wants his leadership team to fix them or fire them. And they comply, as bobble heads tend to do.

    Advice to Management

You have sold your soul. Buy it back.

I have been working at Eisai full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great benefits! Good products ....

    Cons

Leadership is selfish and throws all the blame on the field/salesforce. Does not take any feedback from the field and instead uses them as an escape goat in times of pressure. They seem to take one step forward to take 5 steps back and keep resetting thinking that's going to "work".

    Advice to Management

Please take a look at how you are treating the salesforce and the field, before you look at how you are promoting the products. Your turnover speaks volumes of a negative morale in desperate need of positive motivation and retention of your talent.
