    Negative Outlook

I worked at EisnerAmper LLP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Your peers are great! They make the toxic environment tolerable, but only for so long.

    Cons

The leaders of the firm, one in particular, is absolutely unqualified to lead her segment of the company. She has absolutely NO relevant experience in the area she was appointed to. The leaders seem to only care about themselves and the amount of money that can be made and despaired into their accounts. They do not seem to care about the non-accountant employees at all. Raises and bonuses are below average - many times not even in line with cost of living adjustment. The firm boasts about an “open door policy”. This is true and accepted, as long as you do not give your option or feedback. When you do, there are negative consequences.
