- Very friendly atmosphere, great collegiate culture - Open door policy is actually open door, as long as you have something to talk about or ask - HR does their best to accommodate to your work preferences, managers and partners are very understanding of personal issues and conflicts - Compensation is decent or comparable to market (public accounting) - Work life balance (considering public accounting / busy season nature of the industry) compared to larger or even other middle market firms - Transparent and equitable evaluation process

The pay could be better, but is commensurate with other regional accounting firms. TOugh to specialize in one area considering each practice is not that large - with the exception of financial services. Benefits leave something to be desired
