This is a good company to start your career and learn from. I personally had a great experience working in this company even though it is a small company. The owner really cares for his employees and does everything in his power to keep them generally happy. The reviews about the benefits are all correct and they are only adding more as they grow.

Great company to get started and learn from. The working environment is really good and one can learn a lot here. The pay is on time. There is no discrimination for anyone. You get paid based on performance. 1.5 x overtime is paid if the work day exceeds 9 hours. Team building and company outings. The management is family oriented and makes sure you are comfortable working.

If you are looking to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, to get hands-on experience on the latest technologies then I think this is the place. Let me tell you one thing straight, you won't find much these things online as this company doesn't do any sort of marketing to attract resources, which they should..! Once you join then only you will realize that you took a wise decision by joining this. It's an Open and Transparent working environment without any politics involved. I would like to mention a few things that you get: 1. Flexible Timings, 2. Health Insurance, 3. Annual Company Trip with Spouses, 4. Team Lunch/Dinner, 4. Technical Training, 5. Great Leadership. Very flexible for employees. Reliable support. This company has a great team atmosphere. The environment is collaborative and informal. Pay and benefits are great. Telecommuting once or twice a week is ok. Minimal meetings. Lots of room for growth and innovation. All around, the best company for which I have ever worked.
