Pros
The company environment is excellent. Very flexible timings. The colleagues are very helpful and friendly. They are having many fun activities, monthly team lunch/dinner, yearly company trip, etc. Great overtime compensation package. Salary is always on time. Management is always ready to listen to the concern of their employee. They are always ready to help their employee. Even if anyone has any concerns they can directly contact the director of the company without any hesitation. They treat everyone as their family members. They always give better opportunities to learn and grow. They always keep your morale up, even if you have done any mistakes.

No cons. Love working here. It's an honor to be part of an organization that deeply cares about its employees.

HR has posted a sugar-coated review. There is no flexible working environment as claimed. Daily 10 Hours are minimum which get stretched to 14 hours. No overtime compensation is given if you stretch in your project. They have false claimed about that in the review. Compensation is given only if apart from this 14 hours if you work more for a different project. So, management expects employees to work like donkeys. They take for trip yearly once but they don't solve the issues of employees. Employees don't want trips. They want good working environment, work and family life balance, yearly increment, necessary leaves. But the employees are deprived of the above basic needs. Our mouth's are shut with a small bonus at Diwali time. Also, many employees are there whose salary is deducted and same is returned to them after 6 months and year in the name of bonus. Even in covid times they expect to work from office. The claim of caring for employee's is totally baseless. Many employees have started leaving this company and many more will leave.

Thanks for your multiple fake and baseless reviews. If the company is so bad, we have a basic question for you. No one is holding you hostage to continue working here. You are more than welcome to take your talents elsewhere. You trying to post the same review over and over again with different titles just goes to show what kind of an individual you are. We have never cut any salary nor have we held an employee hostage with bonds or signed documents. Our employees are happy and that's the feedback we have received from them. Our retention rate is a testament to that fact. We let our results speak for themselves. You sound like a disgruntled person who has expectations that aren't in the same orbit. We can't always fulfil each and every employees expectations. What we can do is try to have a process and standard in place which is fair to employees across the board and that is what we continue to plan to do. If we are not meeting your expectations than you are always welcome to leave as we aren't holding anyone hostage. We have always welcomed an open dialogue with our employees.

Pros
The company environment is good. The collegues are helpful. They are having fun activities. Salary is on time.
Cons
The leave policy is very bad. They provide only 6 leaves per year which nowadays they have increased to 8. Moreover , they also count saturday sunday in natiinal holidays. Moreover you keep working on Gandhi Jayanti 2nd October...!! No increment provided since last two years. Working hours are 10 minimum. They expect you to work like a machine. In certain projects, there is daily stretch upto 12 hours. Inspite of covid, they do not like ti provide WFH. They are skeptical about work completion from home. The benefits which you get here are a way less than the hard work you do here.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate criticism and try to improve based on the same. Here we would like to respond/correct a few things mentioned above. where the reviewer has left out some of the advantages that were offered to them and they have taken advantage of those as well. What the reviewer has failed to mention is that as we started with 6 personal leaves, we have now extended to 8 personal leaves per year for the 1st year and for every year you are with the company you get an additional leave added. Also we DO offer work from home and where possible and appropriate. We also offer flexible work timings and also what the reviewer has failed to mention that we are one of the ONLY companies which offer a very solid overtime compensation package which almost all employees have been taking an advantage of. We also should mention that during Covid19 even though there was a period where there was a slowdown in business, the company did not make ANY pay cuts or personnel cuts and in fact gave every employee a Diwali bonus to keep the spirits up. Their statement that they have not been given a raise is simply not true. Every employee has been given a raise based on their performance and based on the market value. If they did not receive one (which again is not true) to their expectation then it is simply because they did not perform up to the expectation of the company. We strive to be an employee centric organization to a fault and our retention rate is a testament to that.

Very open and friendly culture in terms of Woking hours, monthly team lunch/dinner, yearly trip, fun activities, Company is truly care & respect their employees. Owner of the company is very supportive. HR is very helpful and listen everyones concerns. Best learning experience. Overtime compensation, health insurance, paid time offs, WFH option if needed, on time salary, diwali gifts and bonus provided by the company.

Salary is on time. Infrastructure is good.

Management is bad. HR doesn't solve the problem. HR never understand the side of the employee. 12 Hours working. No overtime compensation. If you have good repo with team leader, they will behave in a good way, else they behave like master behaving with slaves. Project timelines are vey short. Nobody cares about the time and efforts of the employee, Clients are given the utmost preference. Need to handle multiple projects at a time. Leaves are very less and leave policy is also not good. Raised the issue of leaves in Appraisal meeting but of no use. Employee's request go to the deaf ears. Increment is still a dream. They provide 5k/10k/15k/20k bonus at Diwali time and eat your increment. No personal or professional growth in this type of environment.

Looks like you are the same person posting the same review again and again. We don't have 12 working hours. Our working hours are from 10-8 for the full day but expectation is about 8-9 hours of actual work done. On top of this, we provide OT compensation of 1.5 x salary for extra hours worked. We have yearly appraisals and have given up to market expectations and more depending on performance. If you do not perform your duties, you should not expect an increment, period.
