    Pros

    The company is passionate about their technology and are the leader in the world in their product. You get to learn the latest technology. The exposure to the industry is huge and you do more than what you are recruited for. Compensation offered is good.

    Cons

    Management needs to be more aggressive in growth plan and employee retention. Strong Human resource departments is required.

    Advice to Management

    Promote young talent and via accelerated promotions, cross function transfers etc.
