    Pros

The people who work here are so friendly, smart, talented, and dedicated individuals. There is an air of optimism, diligence and contentment that permeates the building.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

I worked at El Clasificado (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people coming together to work as a team

    Cons

Poor compensation, no review process and nepotism

    Advice to Management

Consider proper employee reviews, based on production, culture and development.
Too much family working for owners. At one point they had a niece traveling the world while still on payroll.... pretty demoralizing for other employees actually producing. CEO is an accomplished woman!! unfortunately she is very old school when it comes to internal business structures and development. No internal vision for growth. The company is a Latino/Hispanic geared company, however the owner has more of an affinity for europeans. The latino/hispanic employees stay oppressed with minimal promotions, incentives, and pay rates.

I worked at El Clasificado full-time

    Pros

    Benefits and growth opportunity

    Cons

The management, pay and the hours

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Don't assume they're thoughts are irrelevant. The only people that seem to matter sometimes are management or directors. They're directors are harsh behind the scenes. If you want your company to last, you need good employees to stick around.

I worked at El Clasificado full-time

    Pros

While I was there I had the freedom to do work in and work with different departments. I was allowed to figure out solutions to problems on my own. I acquired many new skills that helped me when I finally decided to leave.

    Cons

The company tended to hire people from the outside for key positions. These people would tend to only stick around for a year or two and leave everyone else who had been there for years to clean up the mess. Employees are encouraged to acquire new skills on their own time and on their own dime. I found upper management to not be truthful during performance reviews.

I worked at El Clasificado full-time

    Pros

Great place to learn new things. Fun events with lots of food pretty often.

    Cons

CEO is stubborn. Once she gets an idea in her head, she will not listen to reason. She'd rather do things the hard way. Lots of people getting laid off.
