    I have been working at El Dorado Furniture full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good money, family own excelent benefits, very nice management, very easy job.

    Cons

    Long long hours, to make money at least you have to work beetwen 45 and 50 hours per week but is worth it!!!

    Advice to Management

    Love my managers they are very proactive and helpful.
