    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at El Paso Community College part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A good place to gain experience then move on to another job. If you're friends and family of leadership you will coast through and have a great permanent job regardless of experience. Seriously, take a job here if you are.

    Cons

Extreme Nepotism, you will NOT get a job over friends and family and will be passed over for positions even if you have more experience. Disrespectful leadership does not care about you unless you are friends and family of either them or leadership. You will be targeted if you have different beliefs, hide your beliefs. HR will not help you if you are in trouble. Some departments ignore students.
