    Negative Outlook

I worked at El Paso Community College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

they have short programs to continue your education specially for people who work.

    Cons

There is a lot of rasism going in that school; who is packed of hispanics who hated other hispanics, and try so bad to use that little power that they have as an instructor, to make them flunked in the tests and assignments. Even though that they make the assignments right. EPCC was a waste of time and money that i paid from my own pocket in full and i did not received a refund from it. if you want to invest in your education do not trow your money to the trash with this institution that is not even seriouse go to a better college.

    Advice to Management

Ita Broadux from continuing education (RN) is the worse rasist person that i knew in that school she is allways mistreating the students disrespecting them by being so rude and no body seems to care . i still thinking very seriouse to suit the school for rasism...

I have been working at El Paso Community College full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

EPCC is a fantastic community college to work at, great students, professional administration who is fully supportive and a sincerely supportive staff.

    Cons

I honestly have no cons that come to my mind at this time. I am sincerely content with my current job. I am merely looking at positions that are opening elsewhere, out of state, for financial considerations.

    Advice to Management

I am a hard working professional mathematics teacher whom I believe has proven himself to be an extremely effective teacher. I modestly believe my greatest strength is in my ability to explain mathematics in a clear, understandable, and effective manner. This has been my most common statement in all my years of student evaluations.
