I worked at El Paso (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, value-driven company with strong leaders. Employees were made to feel like owners; family atmosphere; everyone was striving for a common purpose

    Cons

Execs got distracted and took their eyes off of what made the Team El Paso spirit and company great. Not sure if it was the best time to split the E&P and pipeline companies

    Advice to Management

Don't lose touch with employees at next company
