As others mentioned in their reviews, the leadership team is really trying their best to listen to employees and make this Company a great place to work. I have noticed a big culture change in the past year becoming more high-energy and exiciting. Elara is working on inclusion programs to recognize many walks of life and our patients never leave the focus of what we do on a daily basis.

Large corporation bureaucracy can lengthen time to get positions filled; hard to communicate internally - messages and content are in multiple places
