    Cons

The only bad point is working away from my home and family. They do make every effort to support your trips home.

    I worked at Eldorado Gold

    Pros

It need courage to participate gold mining in China, and the consistant efforts on the very profitable projet East Dragon is worthy. The working shift better than most of national companies, and the HSE standard do protect the emploee and contractor. People are nice and friendly.

    Cons

Maybe limited by the bad looking market, the native exploration team is down valued and creative thinking about exploration dose not been cared, especially for young geologist. Although experienced native geologist could do the job, but actually their experience is only about project management and repetitive jobs, but their knowledge about exploration is from 20y old text book, and almost never updated.

    Advice to Management

In a bureaucratic authoritarianism culture, young intellegent workers needs more oppotunity to express their opinion.
