    Pros

There are a lot of great people that work here

    Cons

This company took over a few years ago and they have taken more away from employees then have given. There is a large turn over rate as well.

I worked at Eldorado Resorts full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Not really any that I can think of

    Cons

My suggestion to anyone considering applying at Eldorado or with Caesars...Stay away. If you are applying for a corporate job with Caesars be aware of the impending sale to Eldorado, because once the sale is complete, you will find yourself out of a job. They will say you won't be fired, but believe me they will do it, even if they promise to give you a month's notice (that won't happen). Ask other former employees that worked for casinos bought our by Eldorado how they handled their termination... You will see they are NOT who they pretend to be.

I have been working at Eldorado Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunity for growth in sales department

    Cons

The entire Hotel/Casino tends to stick to old practices. I'm pretty sure work practices at the Eldorado are from the 70's - 80's. And nobody seems to want to change to more modern / efficient practices. And they need to go digital - the Sales / Accounting departments waste so much paper and there's no paper recycling.
