I worked at Electrical Engineering & Equipment full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Easy to get hired. Donuts sometimes. Food is provided on holidays.

      Cons

High overhead leads to low pay and contract worker.

      Advice to Management

Value-Add Shop: Low-end, low-skilled manufacturing isn't a viable market. The market is so competitive, there's nothing left to reinvest in operations/workforce development at the end of the day. Focus on higher-end product lines and retaining a trained/skilled workforce who knows how to do it. Most importantly, remember that PRICING IS NOT THE SAME here. You have the market cornered here so don't low-ball them quotes....
