    Cons

    Lacking in Culture and Development.

    Advice to Management

Create an environment encouraging people to want to be at work and want to put in long hours by making the facility a fun and engaging one. incorporate family and relationship into the work place. We spend a large portion of our lives with the people we work with. Why not get to know them a little better than a simple greeting in the hallway. This will lend to more growing and maintaining our current workforce.

I worked at Electrolux (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice cafeteria, Free Coffe and Weekly pay ! It is just this literally!

    Cons

Human Resource don't know what are doing, they just loosing smart and talented people ! They don't see the real value employees . If you have good relationship with HR or they like your personality! They will hire you because favoritism! This company will never grow like it should be! Don't waste your talent and career! Just Saying!!!

    Advice to Management

Just get hired professional Human Resource to see the real talented people. Stop favoritism or political views. The company needs better training staff and stop answering calls from customers based on time. The consumers and costumers need quality service not based on time or sales amounts.

    Pros

Good benefits, good culture and good pay. I have been with the company a few years now and have been happy here.

    Cons

Expected to work long hours. I normally work an average of 50 hours a week. Most others I talk to work at least that as well.

    Advice to Management

If you were as flexible on life/work balance and benefits as your global corporate office in Stockholm, you’d probably be more lucrative to job seekers.

    I worked at Electrolux full-time

    Pros

Benefits are ok, but are pretty expensive.

    Cons

Horribly mismanaged! This is the worst place I have ever worked. There is no work life balance, and employees are treated terribly. The upper management has no idea what they are doing and they are losing good employees because of it. They are running this plant in to the ground. The parking situation is also awful and they need to add more exits.

    Advice to Management

Quit hiring unqualified people who don't know what they're doing to run things.

I have been working at Electrolux full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Able to negotiate salary

    Cons

This is the worst company in Memphis. The management team does not have a clue about running a business. The company is so dysfunctional that you can't single out one area as being functional they are all the same. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one.
This comment isn't from a disgruntle employee - this is an employee with many years in the workforce stating true opinions about just how bad this place is
If you are looking for a job - continue to look
