    Pros

    > Lot of benefits and perks
    > Great opportunities
    > Work on latest tech

    Cons

    > Lately, too many managers have been added, and the number keeps growing.

    Advice to Management

Keep the number of managers low, that's what EA was known to be - an engineer's company! Too many managers, too many hops, too many layers for any reviews, approvals etc.

    Advice to Management

I moved to Galway for this job and I was really surprised that a company helped so much in helping me relocate to Ireland! Flights were organised and a really nice hotel that was close to the office made my first weeks a lot more comfortable.

I am here for over a year, and although I haven't progressed (just yet) I have applied for a job in the community team. Although I wasn't selected, I am closer now than ever as I have learned a lot from doing assessments and getting feedback. I have spoke with the team and shadow to learn more.

Being new to Ireland I found that everyone is welcoming and there are lots of activities to hang out and get to make friends which has made settling to life in Galway so easy, I have since referred a friend who has since joined EA and got a bonus! Plus she is here! :-)
