    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Electronic Transaction Consultants part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Job is pretty stable, sometimes extra hours available, but never above 33/wk. Listen to your own music all day. Nobody breathing down your neck. Nice people. Three shifts available. Reasonably flexible if you need to change shifts.

    Cons

Meager pay, very fast-paced and low reward work. Very tedious, and glued to a computer chair.

I worked at Electronic Transaction Consultants full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

ETCC is more than willing to give people a chance; and if you have a good work ethic, it'll be noticed, and you'll quickly be given new opportunities to expand your horizons and bulk up your resume.

    Cons

ETCC seems to only be competitive at the last minute. So, they won't raise their starting wage until they can no longer retain or recruit. Therefore, when ETCC is desperate, they'll hire just about anyone who can pass a background check and drug test.

I worked at Electronic Transaction Consultants full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. Great benefits 2. Friendly People and Good Atmosphere (Smaller Company Feel)

    Cons

    1. Lots of Shift in Management Due to New Clients 2. Not a lot of training 3. No classes to teach new Hires about the system and any programming needed for the job 4. Adopted sort of a "If it isn't broke, don't fix it" attitude. 5. It feels like only the higher-ups get promotions. 6. On-Call system implemented: Based off a rotating schedule, you are liable to have to answer to critical issues in the system on a 24/7 basis.
