    Pros

    - there is a lot of attention for personal development such as an internal coach circle, a budget to visit conferences and so on
    - transparent management
    - relaxed atmopshere
    - you can give your opinion and leadership takes time to listen

    Cons

    nothing really that is worth mentioning here

    Pros

    Very diverse projects and people to work with. Open and flexible working environment. By using the latest technologies I delivered top quality applications.

    Cons

    Reachability by public transport can be annoying. Current location has almost reached its limits with regards to number of people working there.

    Advice to Management

    Investigate into better location (Almere-Centrum maybe) and stay transparent throughout the year.

    chance of conference
    friday drinks
    u find way better jobs in nearby city like amsterdam

    Cons

    juniors quit when they get experience
    experience programmers quit when they get better salary
    projects not so interesting
    no career just a job

    The location is far from the city centre.

    Advice to Management

    I would love to work in (or close to) a dynamic city centre like Amsterdam or Utrecht which inspires and sparks more social activities.

    Pros

    - Variation in work with lots of different projects
    - Freedom to keep learning like attending conferences
    - International team / Great culture
    - No 9-5 mentality, you have your responsibilities and the freedom and trust to fulfill them properly.
    - Location is good and free parking
    - Excellent (and free!) coffee, lunch and snacks :)
    - Flexibility in picking your own hardware like a dell or a macbook
    - Nice company outings/parties several times a year

    Cons

    - Its a growing company, so sometimes things change ... not everyone is capable to adapt and prefer a steady environment.

    - lots of flexibility
    - no hierarchy
    - space for your personal growth (trainings, conferences etc.)
    - a lot of secondary benefits (free lunch and snacks, social events, travel compensation, WFH)
    - international team
    - people are kind, friendly and helpful
    - management will go out of their way to keep you happy and motivated if you show dedication to your work and stay honest
    - straightforward and transparent communication
    - they don't pretend that everything's working perfectly well and always work on improving any issues that occur
