I have been working at Elements Massage full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

They say if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life. I would alter that phrase to say if you love what you do and you love your boss and you love your coworkers then you'll never work a day in your life. I have been with the South Jordan location for over 5 years now and my work does not feel like work to me. I have had a lot of job opportunities in my life and many of them did not feel like an opportunity at all. This location has a set of owners that truly care about the well-being of each one of their staff members and clients. I have witnessed first hand over the years how well Hugh and Shauna have grown this business and improved on any area that they have found lacking putting the needs of others even before their own. The employees that they select truly care about their clients and have a strong desire to take care of one another. Any workplace is bound to have a certain amount of work drama, there are a lot of different types of people in this world and not all of them are going to agree with each other. Of any place that I have worked in the past this one has had the lowest amount of work drama amongst employees. The pay and benefits are much higher than you would expect out of a franchise company. I love that they have opportunity for advancement and the ability to make additional pay on the side. This is a job I won't be giving up any time soon. Pros Working with great people/ knowledgable management team, pay and benefits, training/certifying, comfortable/clean environment, large workspace, tradework with pay, regular staff meetings, massive range of modalities offered, all supplies plus some provided by company, strong covid protocols/job security

    Cons

no health insurance is offered at this time

I have been working at Elements Massage full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Elements Massage in Concord is bar none one of the best companies that I've ever worked. Elements' core beliefs mirror my own- heartfelt enthusiasm for the care and well-being of others. Elements offers a great training program and an amazing support system that ensures a positive and fun work environment for everyone. I'm still here at Elements because not only am I encouraged towards individual success, but my team efforts are also recognized and celebrated. Few jobs I've had that I can say, I love going to work!
