Depends on your manager and owner

Jul 20, 2021 - Licensed Massage Therapist in Louisville, KY
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

I was competent so they mostly left me alone. I liked most of my clients. They were good about keeping the skeevy clients away

      Cons

Owner obviously only cared about money. Managers were sometimes very unprofessional (guilting and pressuing people into participating in unpaid extra activities like work parties), wanting everyone to "be a family" kind of bs. You didnt get paid if you werent working. No paid sick time and if you did call in sick you were expected to work extra to make up for it.

      Pros

-They are flexible with hours and really want to give you space to practice your way (within reason) -They really don't seem to ask an absurd amount from you -They are a great option if you just want a consistent and reliable source of income.

      Cons

-You will effectively not be paid anything for any time period where you are not scheduled with a client. -Commission maxed out at less than 50%

      Not great

Jun 1, 2021 - Front Desk Receptionist in Richardson, TX
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Monthly free massage, quiet environment, friendly coworkers

      Cons

No breaks at all even if you work a double. Goals are set and raised even if you don’t meet them. Management started a lot of drama with gossip. Put me in positions I did not appreciate by telling me who she was going to fire. When a client had an issue and requested a manager, management would not always respond. This further infuriated a lot of clients. I had no power to help and would be the target of their frustrations afterwards.

      Pros

Really welcoming and they set you up for success, you never have to worry if you make a mistake because they’re so understanding and willing to help anyway they can. I’ve learnt a lot from this team and will never settle for less because of it.

      Cons

Pay-no other cons, I’ve been really happy here.
