I worked at Elements Massage part-time for more than a year

      Pros

Great Manager (Anthony D) friendly helpful flexible. Hope they can keep him on. Great Team Environment between Front Desk & Therapists Corporate Owned if we needed it Mr Anthony got it and had little to no resistance from corporate office.

      Cons

Salary was no different than competitors & No Raises Turnover: Was at this location 9 months 1st half no real turnover, second half entire front desk turned over, several Therapists left, and any new hire Therapists stayed on avg a week or thereabouts? Unsure as to why this was. Gen Manager's were essentially in title only, hands were tied on many things, making them for all intents and purposes glorified babysitters...

      Advice to Management

Advice to Corporate: Gotta Gotta figure out a way to keep staff in place, the unfortunate thing and one you likely don't want to hear is it's going to need to come thru pay. You can add all the pseudo bonuses you want but no one is making a liveable wage, at least for the Denver area. Let Managers have free reign over their locations, it will give them a purpose and drive up earning potential, giving them some skin...

I worked at Elements Massage full-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

Quality Services/membership, therapist centered environment, decent pay and upgrade opportunities. No spa services - focused on massage only.

      Cons

experience can vary based on owner or manager of studio. Massage jobs in general can be up and down based on clientele, but I felt like I stayed busy enough to gain clients.

      Pros

Elements is such a great place to work! The company is growing very quickly and if you work hard you will be rewarded and promoted. The management team has a great strategic vision and continues to innovate and improve. Everyone on the team works closely together and the culture is still close knit even as we expand. Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Elements Massage

        Pros

Free massages Potential to make bonuses Flexible schedule

        Cons

Lack of direction and planning Disorganized Low pay Few benefits

        Advice to Management

Plan your sales and events way in advance. Stop changing things or implementing ambitious goals last minute. Most of the time I’ve spent working here has felt like chaos since day 1... which is ironic for it being in the wellness industry!

        Pros

The majority if the individually owned and operated studio owners have an unparalleled commitment to creating the best place to work for both customer service nad massage therapists.

        Cons

Being that the studios are individually owned and operated, there is some inconsistency between how each studio is run.

        Advice to Management

Don't forget that the employees are the key to the success of the business...Happy employees produce happy customers!
