    Positive Outlook

I worked at Eli Lilly full-time

The ability to take part in building quality systems from the ground up, educational options, and the ability to perform investigations, RCA, and CAPAs

While Elanco (Lilly's Animal Health division) was in the process of streamlining processes, there was still a lot of bureaucracy and red tape holding back progress

    Advice to Management

The leadership advancement style, whether official or unofficial, is to bring a leader to a site for 3 years as a stepping stone to advancement - in doing so, they only step on the site they're at in the meantime. Not beneficial to sites or the company as a whole
