    Pros

    A company that truly care about their workers and about their employees . Great benefits and great atmosphere all around.

    Cons

    Their headquarters are in Indianapolis which pose problems for the significant other to find work. They are also shifting their portfolio right now and in transition.

    Great work life balance. Lots of great products to sell. Makes it easy to believe in what you're selling. Investment in their employees

    Politically structured. Takes a long time to get a promotion. If you're comfortable sitting still for so long go for it

    Pros

    The people and the culture are very good. Open to feedback and willingness to listen to it.

    Cons

    Corporate office not near the East coast so opportunities are limited due to geography.

    Pros

    Given technical and external mentors.
    Given project with real business impact.
    Involved leadership.
    Tons of networking events.
    Weekly lunch & learns and site tours.
    Evening/weekend intern events around Indianapolis.
    Housing is set up for all interns, subsidized, and very close to work.
    Interview for full time position at end of summer.

    Cons

    Housing subsidy is taxed and housing is only decent quality.
    Lots of computer based training.
    Lots of regulation and documentation.
    Some projects lack focus.

    Advice to Management

    Find more ways for global manufacturing sites to share/develop best practices.
    Keep looking for ways to be a more sustainable company.

    Pay, challenge, flexibility, and the fact that the products help make people's life's is a great reason to go to work everyday.

    At times some areas/roles feel understaffed. Things seem to move slower than need be due to high regulation in this industry
