I have been working at Eli Lilly full-time

    Pros

Love the company. Love the products. Love everything lilly stands up.

    Cons

Very little opportunity to move up in the company and increase salary. In order to get your salary to be comparable to other companies, especially if selling an injectable, you almost have to go to another company instead of just being loyal and staying put. This is my only con for me entire time being with Lilly.

do a better job of forecasting for human resources so this massive downsizing followed by immediate hiring is not constantly happening.
