I have been working at Eli Lilly full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great respect for people, work-life-family balance; amazing trend towards keeping the patient at the forefront of all that Lilly does.

    Cons

Not many if any...occasional reorganizations when drugs lose patent and some favoritism played out.......slow to keep up with current pay in other companies at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the transparency but have a "Plan B" in case the pipeline doesn't come through

    Pros

High pay and benefits. Stronger Human Resources compared to other companies.

Frequent restructuring and the company wastes lots of money that could be spent on research.

    Advice to Management

Stop paying consultants to restructure. Give across the board pay cuts. Some salaries are just ridiculous for the job.
