I have been working at Eli Lilly and Company full-time

    Pros

Company culture is one of the best I have ever been apart of. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help you. The structure is very easy to understand and easy to find an SME in your area.

    Cons

The company is very centralize in Indianapolis, making it difficult to gain knowledge in different locations.

I have been working at Eli Lilly and Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lilly is genuinely a great company to work for. The benefits, pay, culture and work are all outstanding. I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience in my three years so far.

    Cons

If you hate the idea of working for a big company, it might not be for you. That being said, I've never had better bosses or felt more valued as an employee and a person than I have during my time at Lilly, big Pharma and all.

I worked at Eli Lilly and Company full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One of the last companies to provide a pension. They stand by their modo, Safety first and Quality always

    Cons

The hiring system is broken. They replace too many lost positions internally, and it's a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul.

    Advice to Management

Reward more, that's what the program is in place for.
