    Great people, including most management. Lots of diversity, both among the people you'll meet/work with and the work assignments. A place where you can still have a life-long career if you are agile. Still offer a pension

    Sometimes Consultant seems like a terminal role, particularly with what sometimes seems like a 3-year cycle of reorganizations
